Summary

This study looks at whether using a powered robot suit to help move the legs of patients who depend on a ventilator can improve their leg strength and breathing. Researchers will work with 30 adults in a respiratory care center. The goal is to see if this type of exercise can help patients wean off the ventilator sooner and shorten their hospital stay.
