Summary
This study is testing a robotic system to help surgeons remove extra prostate tissue in men with an enlarged prostate (BPH). The goal is to ease urinary symptoms like trouble urinating. About 54 men will take part, and researchers will check if the robot can complete the surgery safely without needing to switch to standard methods.
