Summary

This study tests a new drug called RMC-5127, alone or with other medicines, in adults with advanced solid tumors (like lung, colorectal, or pancreatic cancer) that have a specific KRAS G12V mutation. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 574 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
