Summary

This study observed how well a long-acting injectable medication called Risperidone ISM worked for adults hospitalized due to a schizophrenia relapse. Researchers followed 275 patients in psychiatric hospitals across Europe to see if the injection helped control symptoms, shortened hospital stays, and was well-tolerated. The goal was to gather real-world information on using this treatment during acute episodes to better manage the condition.
