Summary

This study tests a dissolving tablet called rimegepant to prevent migraines in adolescents aged 12 to 17 who have chronic migraine (15+ headache days per month). About 200 teens will take either rimegepant or a placebo every other day for 3 months, then all will receive rimegepant for a year. The goal is to see if the medicine safely reduces the number of migraine days.
