Summary

This study offers continued access to the targeted cancer drug ribociclib for people with metastatic breast cancer who are already benefiting from it in a previous Novartis trial. About 134 participants will keep taking ribociclib, sometimes with other hormone therapies, while researchers monitor long-term safety and how well the cancer is controlled. The goal is to ensure patients can stay on a treatment that is working for them.
