Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (SPSIP and ESP) to see which one works better for pain after rib fracture surgery. About 60 adults will take part, and researchers will measure pain levels, opioid use, and side effects. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to manage pain after this type of injury.
