New antifungal Drug's belly levels under microscope in ICU patients

Summary
This study looks at how the antifungal drug rezafungin moves into the abdominal fluid of critically ill patients who have a serious fungal infection inside their belly and need surgery. The goal is to see if enough drug reaches the infection site to be effective. About 20 adults will be enrolled, and researchers will measure drug levels in both blood and abdominal fluid over time.
