Summary
This study tests whether medications like semaglutide and dapagliflozin can bring blood sugar back to normal in people with prediabetes and heart disease. About 158 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the drugs plus lifestyle advice, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if lowering blood sugar can prevent diabetes and related complications like eye, kidney, and nerve damage.
