New thigh bone nail aims to reduce complications

Summary

This study is testing a new type of metal rod (nail) used to fix broken thigh bones. Researchers want to see if this new design helps bones heal better and causes fewer problems than current nails. About 40 adults with certain thigh fractures will get the new nail and be followed for 3 years.
