Summary
This study tested whether a gentle magnetic pulse to the brain (called rTMS) could reduce damage and disability in people who had a stroke within the last 48 hours. Sixty adults with moderate to severe stroke symptoms took part. The goal was to see if this treatment could shrink the stroke area and improve recovery without causing harm.
