Summary

This study is testing different combinations of chemotherapy drugs and local treatments for children under 6 with retinoblastoma, a rare eye cancer. The main goal is to control the cancer and save the child's eye, avoiding surgical removal or external beam radiation whenever possible. It is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of these treatments across three groups of young patients.
