Summary

This study tested whether taking a daily resveratrol supplement could help prevent bone loss in postmenopausal women. Researchers gave 52 women either resveratrol or a placebo pill daily for 24 weeks, along with calcium and vitamin D. They measured bone health through blood tests and bone density scans to see if resveratrol made a difference.
