Fasting at night may boost brain power for breast cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT06938555
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether extending the nightly fasting period (not eating for a longer stretch each night) can improve sleep, thinking, and quality of life in breast cancer survivors. Researchers will compare this approach to health education alone. The study involves 60 female survivors who have completed chemotherapy at least 3 months ago and report some thinking difficulties.
