App-Based program aims to curb stimulant use and boost HIV care after jail release

Summary
This pilot study tests a program for 40 adults recently released from jail who have a stimulant use disorder and are at risk for or living with HIV. The program combines a mobile app that rewards drug-free urine tests with a patient navigator who helps connect to HIV prevention or treatment services. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helps people start or restart HIV medications (PrEP or ART) and reduce stimulant use.
