Summary
This study is testing a mobile phone app called DynamiCare to see if it can help people recently released from jail or prison. The app provides rewards for staying drug-free and connects users with a personal guide to help them start HIV prevention or treatment medications. The goal is to reduce stimulant use and improve health outcomes for this high-risk group.
