First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looks at how the brains of people with Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) handle signals from the body, which may explain the urge to move. Researchers will compare brain scans from 30 adults with RLS and healthy volunteers, taken in the morning and evening. Participants also track symptoms and sleep using a phone app and activity monitor for two weeks. The goal is to better understand RLS, not to test a treatment.
