Summary
This study at Mayo Clinic will test if dry needling with electrical stimulation can improve sleep and reduce symptoms in people with restless legs syndrome. Twenty adults aged 18-75 with a clinical diagnosis will receive two weekly sessions targeting leg muscles. Researchers will measure changes in sleep quality, leg movements, and symptom severity.
