Summary

This study tests whether a remote breathing muscle training program can improve breathing strength, quality of life, and physical function in 60 adults with multiple sclerosis. Participants will do exercises for both inhaling and exhaling, with the training load adjusted based on their individual ability. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard breathing exercises.
