NCT ID NCT07269054

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 08, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study aims to see if a remote breathing exercise program, which adjusts the difficulty based on each person's maximum effort, can improve breathing strength, endurance, quality of life, and physical function in people with multiple sclerosis. Sixty adults with stable MS will be split into two groups: one using the new adjustable program and the other using a standard program. The goal is to find a more effective way to help people with MS breathe easier and feel better.
