Music classes may cut dropout rates, new study hopes to prove

Summary
This study tests whether group music activities can help high school students feel more connected and stay in school. About 200 students in Bergen, Norway, will either take part in music sessions or follow their usual schedule, then switch. Researchers will track school attendance and well-being to see if music makes a difference.
