Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized type of resistant starch (a plant-based fiber) can help improve gut health in children with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers want to see if this starch can promote healthier gut bacteria and reduce inflammation. The trial involves 100 pediatric participants who are in remission or have mild disease.
