Summary

This study looked at 38 young male runners with patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee) to see which type of exercise works better: resistance training or neuromuscular training. The goal was to improve leg power, knee function, and balance. Participants were randomly assigned to one of the two training programs. The results will help runners and therapists choose the best exercise approach for managing this common knee condition.
