Summary

This study looks at whether 8 weeks of resistance training (like lifting weights) with blood flow restriction can increase muscle strength and improve health markers in adults with obesity. About 30 people aged 18-40 with a BMI between 30 and 40 will take part. Researchers will measure changes in strength, body measurements, blood pressure, cholesterol, and other health indicators.
