First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tested a specially adapted mind-body program (the Relaxation Response Resiliency Program) to help nurses in South Africa who care for people with HIV manage stress and prevent burnout. About 60 nurses took part in a small pilot to see if the program was practical and well-liked. The goal was to gather feedback and early data, not to prove the program works on a large scale.
