Summary

This study is testing a new group therapy called Resilience Training for Teens. The goal is to see if it can prevent serious mental illness in high school students who already have mild symptoms of depression, anxiety, or unusual feelings. About 70 teens aged 14-19 will take part. The therapy focuses on building skills to handle stress and improve mental health.
