Summary

This study tested a program called IMPROVE that teaches college students how to manage stress and uncertainty, with the goal of reducing heavy drinking. 40 students who drank heavily and felt anxious took part. The program was delivered via mobile phone surveys and lab tests to see if it helped them build resilience and drink less.
