Summary

This study tests a new drug called repotrectinib in people with advanced solid tumors that have certain gene changes (ALK, ROS1, or NTRK). The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and second, seeing how well the drug shrinks tumors. About 500 adults with advanced cancers that have not responded to other treatments are being enrolled.
