Summary
This study tests a drug called repotrectinib in 20 people with a specific type of lung cancer (ROS1-positive NSCLC) that has spread to the brain. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink or eliminate brain tumors. Participants will take the drug by mouth, and doctors will monitor safety and how well it works against both brain and body tumors.
