Summary
This study tests whether a liquid medicine called Rengalin can safely reduce coughing in children aged 6 months to 3 years who have a viral cold or flu. About 264 children will take either Rengalin or a placebo three times a day for 7 days. The main goal is to see if more children have much less coughing after 3 days of treatment.
