Summary

This study tests a special catheter that uses radiofrequency energy to calm overactive kidney nerves, which can help lower blood pressure. It is for adults aged 18-65 with uncontrolled hypertension despite taking 2 or more medications, and who also have chronic kidney disease. The main goal is to see if this procedure safely reduces 24-hour blood pressure after 6 months compared to standard care alone.
