Summary

This study is testing a procedure called renal denervation to see if it can safely lower blood pressure in people with treatment-resistant hypertension who are on hemodialysis for end-stage kidney disease. The procedure uses ultrasound to calm overactive nerves in the kidneys. The study will follow 12 participants for 6 months to check for side effects and measure blood pressure changes.
