Summary

This study tests a 16-week diet program called Ren-Nu for adults with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). The diet is a ketogenic plan led by a nutritionist and includes a medical food called KetoCitra. Researchers will check kidney function, blood sugar, inflammation, and safety. About 20 people will join to see if this diet can help manage the disease.
