Summary
This study is testing whether a remote, video-based pelvic floor muscle therapy program is easy to use and practical for patients with pelvic floor disorders like prolapse, incontinence, or bowel issues. Twenty participants will follow an 8-week online course at home. The main goal is to see if people find the website usable and if they stick with the program.
