Brain stimulation meets therapy in new At-Home treatment for pain and trauma
NCT ID NCT07116109
Summary
This study is testing a two-week, completely remote treatment program for people suffering from both chronic pain and PTSD. Researchers want to see if combining a mild, non-invasive brain stimulation technique with a specialized talk therapy is more effective than the therapy alone. The goal is to reduce pain and PTSD symptoms and improve quality of life for participants.
