NCT ID NCT07190651
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a simple home questionnaire for women with HR+HER2- advanced breast cancer who are taking CDK4/6 inhibitors and hormone therapy. The goal is to see if the questionnaire can accurately identify which patients truly need to come to the hospital for a check-up, potentially allowing others to stay home. Fifty participants will fill out the questionnaire at each 28-day treatment cycle, and researchers will compare the results with in-person exams.

- Active substance
- home questionnaire
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could allow patients to safely skip some hospital visits, improving quality of life and reducing healthcare burden.
- What could go wrong
- This is a small, early-stage study (50 participants) testing a questionnaire, not a treatment. It may not accurately identify who needs hospital care, and results may not apply to all patients.
