Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week home-based exercise program can improve quality of life for adults with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Participants will use a smartphone app to follow guided physical activities. The goal is to see if remote exercise is a practical way to reduce fatigue, anxiety, and other symptoms.
