Summary
This trial tests whether a 12-week dietary intervention can improve gut health, reduce inflammation, and enhance quality of life in adults with ulcerative colitis who are in remission. Participants are randomly assigned to a Mediterranean diet, a Mediterranean diet combined with time-restricted eating (eating within an 8-hour window), or standard dietary advice.
