Summary
This study tested two sedation drugs, remimazolam and midazolam, in 132 healthy adults undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The goal was to see which drug allows for a shorter procedure time and better sedation success. Participants did not know which drug they received. The results help doctors choose the best sedation option for routine endoscopy.
