Summary
This study tests a new drug called REM-422 in people with advanced adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC), a rare cancer of the glands. The drug works by breaking down a specific genetic message (MYB) that helps the cancer grow. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 100 adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed will take part.
