First seen Jun 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether progressive muscle relaxation and finger grip exercises can lower stress, anxiety, and fatigue while improving sleep in pregnant women with preeclampsia. About 90 women will be split into three groups: one doing relaxation exercises, one doing finger grip exercises, and a control group receiving no extra intervention. The goal is to see if these simple, drug-free techniques can help manage common symptoms of preeclampsia.
