Summary

This study looked at whether progressive relaxation exercises can help people with type 2 diabetes manage nerve pain, tiredness, and poor sleep. 88 adults with type 2 diabetes and these symptoms took part. The goal was to see if a simple, non-drug technique could improve their daily comfort and quality of life.
