Summary
This trial tests whether progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing exercises can help people with COPD feel less tired and sleep better. About 90 participants will be split into three groups: one practicing muscle relaxation, one doing deep breathing exercises, and a control group. Both exercise groups will practice daily at home for 8 weeks, with their fatigue and sleep quality measured before and after.

Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) according to GOLD criteria at least 6 months before enrollment. Able to communicate verbally. No severe hearing or visual impairment. No serious medical condition or serious complication related to COPD.
