Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app can help people in addiction treatment stay on track by catching early signs of relapse. About 150 adults with substance use disorders will either receive standard care or standard care plus the app. Researchers will use urine and breath tests to confirm any substance use and track quality of life over time.
