Summary

This study tests whether a very low dose of semaglutide (a weight-loss drug) can help people with HIV maintain weight loss and improve heart health. About 30 adults with HIV and obesity or overweight will receive the drug for 12 weeks, then either continue microdoses or stop. Researchers will track weight regain, side effects, and changes in waist size over 60 weeks.
