Summary
This study tested a 6-week program that combines specific exercises with education to see if it improves walking ability in people with lumbar spinal stenosis and nerve-related leg pain. Fifty-one adults aged 50 and older took part. The intervention group received both exercises and education, while the control group received only education. Researchers measured walking capacity, pain, disability, and other factors at several points during the program.
