Exercise and brain games tested as long COVID recovery boost

Summary
This study tests whether a structured 8-week program of physical and cognitive exercises can improve daily function, thinking skills, and quality of life in adults with Long COVID and chronic conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes. About 374 participants will be randomly assigned to either the rehab program or receive weekly health tips. Researchers will measure changes in walking ability, grip strength, memory, and mood over six months.
