Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called REGN7508 (cenvacibart) to prevent venous thromboembolism (blood clots) in adults after elective total knee replacement. About 2,000 participants will receive either REGN7508, apixaban, or enoxaparin to compare effectiveness and safety. The goal is to see if REGN7508 works as well or better than standard blood thinners with fewer side effects.
