Summary

This study tests an experimental drug, REGN7508, to prevent dangerous blood clots in adults having knee replacement surgery. About 2000 participants will receive either REGN7508 or standard blood thinners (apixaban or enoxaparin). The goal is to see if the new drug works better and has fewer side effects.
