New drug cocktail aims to control ovarian and uterine cancers

Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called REGN5668, alone or combined with other drugs, in people with ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal, or endometrial cancers. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. About 612 participants will take part in two phases: first to determine the highest safe dose, then to test that dose in a larger group.
