First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether reflexology (foot massage) or progressive muscle relaxation can reduce fatigue in people on hemodialysis. Sixty patients aged 50-70 will be split into three groups: reflexology, relaxation, or standard care. Fatigue and sleep quality will be measured after 12 weeks to see which approach works best.
