Summary
This study tested two drug-free methods to improve sleep and comfort in 60 people on dialysis for kidney failure. One group received reflexology (a special foot massage) and another received sleep hygiene education. Both approaches helped, but reflexology was more effective at improving sleep quality and overall comfort.
